A new fresh start for this blog with a new lay-out and new blog posts. This blog is now a year old, but I have not been blogging consistently. A lot has happend over the last year that took my attention away from blogging. However, I have always kept my interest in blogging and improving my writing. Which is why I am going to post regular blogs from now on. I will be posting a blog every saturday!
Stay tuned and see you next week.
Since English is not my first language. I use some tools to help me with grammar and spelling. However, I must say I know British people that use this tool as well. So it is not only for people that do not have English as their native language.
Grammarly is the tool I use for every blog post, reports and other quick writings. Microsoft Word has the same features, but they are not as sensitive or good as Grammarly. Which is why I even use Grammarly in word files.
Grammarly has a free option and a premium option. For the premium you will have to buy a plan. Which will then enables you with more features and is able to detect more advanced grammar mistakes. The premium option is able to detect twice as much mistakes ast the free option!
As a poor student at the moment, I am on the free Grammarly package and as I said before already I found it very useful and use it for all my writing.
Lastly, Grammarly also stimulates me to write and without mistakes. It shows your stats every week. Which is really stimulating. Now when I make a mistake I look up the grammar and learn from my mistakes. Which is in the end the most important reason for me why I use Grammarly. It helps me to become a better writer.
I would not recommend this product if I would not be using it myself intensively. Therefore, I would recommend everyone to start with subscribing for the free version. You can then always upgrade toward premium if you find like me that Grammarly is an advantage to your writing.
Lastly, Grammarly also stimulates me to write and without mistakes. It shows your stats every week. Which is really stimulating. I love it.
Let me know what you think about Grammarly in the comments. Do you use it already?
